Hati berbunga-bunga Alhamdulillah last week mommy buat blood test, my kolestrol level dah turun tu 5.7. Even still in border range, at least ada penurunan. Yelah lemak-lemak kolestrol tu took few years nak deposit so, nak turun pon mesti ambil masa juga. Berkat diet and amalkan pengambilan Lecithin and OmegaGuard kolestrol level mommy turun jugak. Before this dok diet makan oat je tapi turun sikit sangat..
Cerita pasal kolestrol ni, mommy sendiri pon tak tau my kolestrol level quite high. Still remember a week before ayah passed away, i went to Executive Health Screening provided by company mommy. Everything was ok except my kolestrol level which is 6.2 time tu. Terkejut sangat,sangat,sangat OK.....
Even mommy rasa sehat je x de sakit apa, tapi the lemak-lemak jahat silently building up in my blood vessel. To all my friends, do your medical check up regularly even you feel healthy.
Now mommy will continue consume makan Lecithin,OmegaGuard and oats banyak2(watch my diet as well). Nak ambik Shaklee Fibre tak boleh pulak sebab mommy still breastfeeding. Tapi mommy nak cuba Vitamin E pulak. Wish me luck ok....
